Over the past few months, I have noticed several newer websites in my niche completely bypassing me in the search results. I publish comprehensive, well-researched articles, yet these competitors with much thinner content are dominating the top spots. I strongly suspect they have a much better off-page strategy than I do, but I am terrified of building toxic links and ruining my domain. How do you guys safely build authority to match competitors? Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
